Sale Policies

• For wholesale price, our minimum order quantity is 0,5 kgs above. If you purchase under that, we will offer you the retail price.
• We sell the textures in our catalog which we are good at making.
• If you only order long lengths 24-26 inches add $100/kg, and 28-30 inches add $200/kg from the wholesale price. That means if you only buy long lengths, you must buy >0,5 kgs.
• Closure’s longest length is 24”.
• The invoice doesn’t include tax in the import country and extra fees such as customs fees, storage fees, far area fees, changing address fees…

Please follow the steps below as our suggestion for your orders:

Step 1: Search for your interested products which you can find on our websites or social media and pick what you would like to purchase.

Step 2: Select your final order detail list with detailed description (textures, length, color, quantity..) and send it directly to our sales team via WhatsApp number or you can chat on our websites. We are a professional sales team with expertise in multi-language with over 28 variations such as English, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, and more which is very convenient for you to support and discuss via video call and you can see our hair sample quality from our workplace.

Step 3: Make final confirmation with us regarding types, descriptions, and quantity for your order.

Step 4: We will send you the final confirmation invoice which includes hair value, shipping cost, payment information, and payment method.

Step 5: You confirm the invoice and make payment. Our factory will start production when we receive the money.

Step 6: Our sales team member will update you on the current situation of the order which is production time, production process, and hair status every day.

Step 7: After finishing production, we will make a video call for you to check for descriptions including quantity, colors, and quality. WE ONLY SHIP THE ORDER WHEN YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH WHAT WE MADE.

Step 8: We will pack properly, and carefully and provide you the pictures of the order weight, and packaging before sending it to Logistics Providers in Vietnam.
